Complimentary General Inspection Service
Regardless of whether you’re subscribed to our Pro or Basic plan, all goods received at our warehouse undergo a free general inspection. This inspection adheres to Level II, AQL 2.5 standards, consistent with industry practices.
In cases where defects are identified:
- For products from our recommended suppliers, we resolve quality issues at no additional cost.
- For products from your own suppliers, we’ll mediate until the problems are resolved, but you’ll be responsible for associated expenses such as logistics and travel fees.
For customized inspection requirements or stricter defect rate standards, please consult our representatives to discuss potential additional charges.
